Opportunities at Management-Resources

Management-Resources is expanding, both in terms of the number of clients we work with, and the range of activities that we undertake. We are therefore interested in hearing from people who could be Management-Resources coaches, trainers and consultants.

We offer the opportunity to work as part of a virtual team which is committed to excellent communication and knowledge sharing, because we believe that improving Management-Resources is dependent on the continuous development and learning of the people who work here.

Currently we are looking for:

Coaches
Coaches must be practising, experienced managers who have at least 7 years of being responsible for the development of other people. A management qualification is desirable, as is experience of private practice coaching.

Trainers
Trainers must have at least 7 years experience of providing training courses, preferably in management development. They must be experienced and practising managers, who are committed to helping other people learn. Experience of online learning programmes (either as user or developer) is desirable.

Working with Management-Resources
Management-Resources works as a virtual team - practitioners are based in areas and communicate by phone, email etc, meeting up occasionally face to face.
The work is more than just contracting to coach Management-Resources clients. All practioners are encouraged (and required) to help develop the resources that we use with clients and demonstrate on the website, and to actively share knowledge with others. This might include mini research projects, writing copy, helping with marketing, training other practioners etc.
We offer part-time contracts to coaches and a daily rate to trainers
